Drapers Hall, Shrewsbury

Description: The Draper's Hall was the meeting place of the Guild of Drapers. They were a powerful economic group during the 16th and 17th century. The Draper's Guild controlled how the wool industry was run and who produced how much. The building was put up in around 1560.
